项目主要情况如下：about Greenfield 5*Hotel/Villas/Golf Resort Project in 伊斯特拉半岛普拉城附近，Istria（克罗地亚西北部，邻近意大利和斯洛文尼亚）。
1. About the Project:
Strategic partnership/investment in 5* golf & tourism resort at Adriatic coast/provides a unique investment opportunity, with direct access to the sea and in a truly enchanting natural environment. The project is located on the southern tip of the Istria peninsula, cca 15 kilometres from Pula/Pula International Airport and includes the following components:
- 170 room, 5-star hotel (location permit)
- 114 apartments/villas (building permit)
- 27-hole golf course (building permit)
- Infrastructure (building permit)
IMPORTANT: All the permissions for the Project are prepared/already in place, potential Chinese investor can start with construction once they acquire SPV/Project from the existing owners.
2. Project Status - Ownership Structure
Ownership structure: International company is only owner and owns 100% of SPV/project in Istria planned for the development of the project/construction.
Owners are currently looking to strategic partner/investor who would be interested in acqusition of SPV/Project in Istria– open to negotiate selling of 100% of the shares. The Project is in an advanced development stage. To date, the following project preparatory work has been completed: Market assessment - Concept and master plan development - Financial feasibility studies - Design and architectural planning – Permits.
Note: For all zones, including infrastructure, building permits have been procured except for the hotel, for which there is a location permit in place.
